The shopping complex consists of more than 80 buildings. Company 2a made a general plan of the area on an area of about 100 hectares and constructed all the necessary buildings according to the technical requirements, as well as all the necessary utilities, roads and facilities. The project should become part of the large-scale European-Asian project "The Great Silk Road".
